Job Description:
Responsible for performing Microsoft Windows imaging and deployment of computers as well as other tasks associated with the deployment of new equipment
Essential Job Tasks:
- Imaging and configuration of computers running Windows 11
- Coordinating with end users to ensure the successful deployment of computers and peripherals as well as the retrieval of previous hardware
- Maintaining software and hardware inventory
- Troubleshooting PC hardware and software
- Assisting with the setup, tear down, and movement of computing hardware within our offices
- Escalates user computing issues/problems as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support or related, similar support.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications.
- High school diploma or GED
